Back to your authentic self
I believe that every person has their own strength and wisdom with which they can face life's challenges in a healthy way. We sometimes lose this strength and wisdom. Often due to internal damage, we all suffer sooner or later, to a lesser or greater extent. This will get in the way of us - and possibly also our relationships. It can also be the cause of illness and addiction. We often don't feel well, even lost. We feel 'disconnected', from ourselves and often from others.
Take control of your own life
Together we carefully look for the origins of your pain, beliefs, stories and coping mechanisms that have become part of you. What serves you no longer? What can you let go? What can be healed? Emotions that previously had no space to come to the surface, are now - and after all - invited to emerge safely. This is where healing takes place. Your authentic self can start to shine (again). Your energy starts flowing again. You start feeling alive (again), instead of being in survival mode. You lead rather than someone leads you. Now you choose where to go. Your fears make way for confidence. You take back control of your own life.
